Support Stakes
We offer two sign support systems.
Frame Style Support Stakes
The “Frame Support” holders have a frame riveted to the top of each stake that the sign slips into from the top. The top corners can be pinched with pliers to hold in the sign plate. Let us know if you would like us to pinch the top corners to hold the sign plate in (no extra charge). THIS IS OUR MOST POPULAR SIGN HOLDER AS IT OFFERS THE MOST PROTECTION TO THE SIGN PLATE.
Flat Face Style Support Stakes
Flat Face sign holders have a flat steel plate welded to the top of the stake to which customers attach their signs themselves using whatever method works best for them (pop rivets, 2-sided tape, etc.)
The legs (support stakes) for both types are flat steel, folded vertically in a V for strength, with pointed bottoms for ease of inserting into the ground. The stakes come in various lengths from 6″ and up.

The total number of signs or stakes purchased from all orders is combined to calculate the volume discount on the current order. This discount is not retroactive.
The cumulative quantity discounts also apply to stakes purchased separately.

We offer an additional 10% discount to authorized Scout or Youth Projects. To get this discount, the Scout or youth must personally call to discuss the project.

Let us know what font you want, or if no font is specified, we will use our Standard Block font. Due to the extra time it takes to engrave special fonts, add $1.00 per sign up to ten words. Rounded corners available by special order, $1.00 additional per sign. Click here for more information.
We can engrave simple logos, designs and artwork on you signs! One-time $45 set-up fee (across all orders with the same logo), plus $.50 to $3.00 additional per sign depending on size & complexity of the logo. Contact us for an evaluation of your logo or if you have any questions. Please submit logos in .eps format.
QR Codes may be engraved for $7.50 per sign. Ask.
Signs with plates larger than 4″x8″ require 2′ stakes.
Stake leg lengths are measured from the bottom of the sign plate.
In lieu of a stake, a hole or holes may be drilled in each sign plate to your specifications to facilitate mounting with wire or other customer supplied material. If holes are desired, add $.25 per hole per sign. Please forward a sketch showing where you would like to have the hole(s) drilled.
Note that the 17″ stakes weigh about 1/2 pound each in estimating shipping.
